- 1). Cover each nipple with an elastic bandage. Place each elastic bandage vertically. Protecting this sensitive area is vital.
- 2). Measure out 8 pieces of sports tape, each 10 inches long, with your ruler. Cut each piece of tape off with your scissors and stick one end to a bench or table as you go.
- 3). Push your right breast across towards your armpit with your left hand.
- 4). Place the first piece of tape at the top of your chest, 2 inches to the left of your right nipple (as you look at it) with your right hand.
- 5). Pull the tape across towards your armpit as hard as you can and secure it on your back. Keep your left hand in place.
- 6). Repeat Steps 4 and 5 to secure another 3 pieces of sports tape on your right breast, directly underneath the first piece of tape. When you are finished, your right breast should be secured flat to your chest.
- 7). Push your left breast across towards your armpit with your right hand.
- 8). Place a piece of tape at the top of your chest, 2 inches to the right of your left nipple (as you look at it) with your left hand.
- 9). Pull the tape across towards your armpit as hard as you can and secure it on your back. Keep your right hand in place.

Repeat Steps 8 and 9 to secure another 3 pieces of sports tape on your left breast, directly underneath the first piece of tape. When you are finished both your left and right breast should be secured flat to your chest. - 11
Try a shirt on and leave it open. Your chest will appear flat.
