- 1). Place the recovery disc into the computer's disc drive. Make sure that you place the disc's label upward before you slide the disc into the drive.
- 2). Wait for the program to load up. This usually takes a few seconds.
- 3). Click the "Escape" key to move to the installing option.
- 4). Change the drive to "C:/" because this is the commonly used drive name for computers.
- 5). Provide a name and click "Next."
