- 1). Lay the piece of paper with the pattern or color facing down. Fold the sheet in half along the diagonal.
- 2). Unfold the paper, leaving a crease down the center. Take one of the corners, opposite to the crease, and fold it inward so that the side lies along the crease down the middle. Take the other corner and bring it to meet the first.
- 3). Turn the paper over so that the pattern faces upward. Fold the top of the model over, taking it one-third of the way down. Take the top point and fold it back over itself, almost to the top.
- 4). Make one last fold at the top of the model. Take the second layer of the model, starting from where the point almost reaches the edge, and fold it back on itself.
- 5). Lay the model back on its front. Fold in the same two corners as before, meeting them at the center line. Turn the completed model over.
