- 1). Click on the "Start" tab located at the bottom of the main desktop screen. A list of options will appear in a drop-down window.
- 2). Click "All Programs," then click "System Tools."
- 3). Click "System Information" and a window will open listing various system components.
- 4). Select the option that applies to the processor and a window will open detailing the type of CPU you have in the unit.
