- 1). Fly to Veilstone City. This will be available after the battle at the lake in Snowpoint during the main campaign.
- 2). Talk to the Galactic Grunt stationed outside of Team Galactic HQ. He will provide you with a keycard.
- 3). Enter the Team Galactic warehouse in Veilstone City and open the locked door that is inside. The game will automatically use your keycard for you.
- 4). Pick up the item on the ground, represented by a small ball-shaped thing, once past the locked door. This will be your dark stone.
