Pick the paper up and press your thumbs and fingers up and together making a fold in the paper between every finger. The flaps will spread out into a pyramid shape. This shape is called a "cootie catcher" or a "fortune teller."
- 6). Pick up the puppet in one hand placing your index and middle finger into the top two sections and your thumb and third finger into the bottom two sections. You can then open and close the puppet's "mouth."
- 7). Draw a tongue inside the mouth and eyes on the top two sections. Add additional details such as a nose, lips and hair.
