- 1). In a Byzantine weave, rubber rings add color to the connector rings (the center rings of a Byzantine weave). They can also be used as spacer rings for breaking up the weave.
- 2). Rubber rings are ideal accent rows in European weaves. Designs, shapes and lettering can be incorporated into the weave using rubber rings.
- 3). Rubber rings make ideal center rings for flower weaves, such as Japanese 6-in-1 or 12-in-2. They also make good bridge rings to connect two parts of a weave together.
