- 1). Go to the "Start" menu and click "Run." In the small box that appears, type "msconfig." Then press "OK." Another window will appear with tabs along the top of it.
- 2). Click on the tab labeled "Startup." A list of programs will appear.
- 3). Uncheck the box next to the CyberLink program. Then click "Apply" and "OK." CyberLink will no longer run at startup.
- 1). Click on the large button with the Windows icon in the lower left corner of the desktop. A new window will open.
- 2). Type "msconfig" in the box that is labeled "Start Search." Do not click on "Enter." Wait until a list populates above the box you've just typed into.
- 3). Click on "msconfig" at the top of the window, under the heading "Programs." If the User Account Control box appears, click on "Continue." The System Configuration box will appear.
- 4). Click on the tab labeled "Startup," and a list of programs will appear.
- 5). Uncheck the box next to the CyberLink program. Then click "Apply" and "OK." CyberLink will now no longer run at startup.
