- 1). Go online to select a template for your certificate. Use the link provided to access the main templates page for all types of certificates. The templates are divided into categories: sports, school, special occasion, business, relationships and blank certificate templates.
- 2). Access the certificate category needed. Click on the "Go to Templates" link provided under each category or click on the large, colorful title button to open that particular group of certificate templates.
- 3). Sort the available certificate templates. Use the "Sort by" drop-down menu to arrange the offered templates. The default setting is "Most Popular," but you can also choose "Latest Certificate" to view the newest ones.
- 4). Select a certificate to use. Look over all of the possible templates to find one that will work. Place the mouse over the templates shown to see a larger image of it. Click on the "View" button to open a new window with an even bigger view of it.
- 5). Download your certificate. Click on the "Download" button (or link) to begin downloading the certificate. This opens a "File Download" window. Click on the "Open" button to open the certificate. The file will be quickly downloaded and will open in Adobe Reader.
- 6). Fill in the details to create the certificate. Type in the specifics of the certificate required. The areas of the certificate are accessed with your mouse. Select the area and highlight the text. Type in the new information in the space provided. Do this for each section.
- 7). Print the certificates. Use high-quality or special paper if desired. Click on the "Print" icon or select "Print" (found under "File") to print a copy of the certificate you've created.
