- 1). Press the "Windows" key on your keyboard to open Vista's "Start" menu.
- 2). Select the "Control Panel." A window will appear with several icons.
- 3). Double click the "Ease of Access" icon. You will be directed to a new list of icons.
- 4). Click the "Ease of Access Center" icon. Opening this allows you to adjust several visual settings on your computer, including cursor size.
- 5). Double click the icon resembling a computer monitor with a magnifying glass in front of it.
- 6). Choose the option to allow you to adjust the thickness of the cursor, located third from the bottom of the menu list.
- 7). Set the cursor width by entering a number in the corresponding box. The larger the number, the wider the cursor.
