- 1). Open the Internet Explorer browser and click on "Tools" menu option.
- 2). Select "Internet Options" and then click the "Security" tab.
- 3). Click the Internet icon and then the "Custom level" button.
- 4). Scroll down the list of available options and check the "Prompt" radio button under "Download signed ActiveX controls."
- 5). Scroll down the list and check the "Enable" radio button under "Run ActiveX controls and plugins." Click on "OK" and then on "OK" again to close the "Internet Options" window.
