- 1). Go to the Start Menu and click on "Control Panel"
- 2). Go to the "Programs and Features" section to remove the Blue Coat K9 Web Filter. If you have Windows XP, click on "Add or Remove Programs."
- 3). Locate the Blue Coat K9 Web Filter entry--the "Programs and Features" window will show you a list of all programs on your computer in alphabetical order. Scroll down until you find the Blue Coat K9 Web Filter and click "Uninstall."
- 4). Reboot your computer for the changes to take effect.
