- 1). Insert the CD that you want your computer to boot from into a CD/DVD-ROM.
- 2). Restart the computer.
- 3). Press a key such as the "Spacebar" or the "Enter" key when prompted. Your computer will start to boot immediately from the CD after pressing the key.
