- 1). Click "Start," right-click on the "Computer" icon and select "Properties." This will open the system properties window.
- 2). Click "Advanced Settings" in the left pane. A new window will now open.
- 3). Select the "Advanced" tab and click on "Settings" under Startup and Recovery.
- 4). Uncheck the check box next to the "Automatically restart" option to prevent Windows from restarting automatically after a BSOD.
