- 1). Click "Start" and select "Control Panel."
- 2). Click "Uninstall a program."
- 3). Scroll down to "Ventafax" and click "Uninstall."
- 4). Click "Yes" when asked if you would like to uninstall, and click "Finish" when the uninstall is completed.
- 5). Download your version of VentaFax from the ventafax.com website. Choose either "Home" or "Business."
- 6). Save the installation file to your desktop. Double-click it to open the self-extracting installer. Installation will begin as soon as the file extraction is complete.
- 7). Select your language from the drop-down menu and click "Next."
- 8). Review the license agreement. You must accept it to proceed. Click "Agree" to enable the "Next >>" button below it. Click "Next >>" to proceed.
- 9). Choose your preferred installation folder, then click "Next >>."

Wait for the reinstallation of VentaFax completes. Click "Finish."
