How to Pass Microsoft Genuine Validation

1). Validate your copy of Windows. Click "Validate Windows" or "Validate Office," located in the Genuine Microsoft Software section of the Microsoft website (see Resources.)
2). Download and install the ActiveX control for the computerized validation process.
3). Continue with whatever task needed validation if your computer passes validation.
4). Reinstall or change the product key to the correct version if validation failed (see Warnings).
5). Reduce the number of installations (see Tips).
6). Purchase an electronic license key for the product to make it a genuine. Download the Windows Product Key Update Tool. Click the link in the email notification you receive after purchase. Allow it to guide you through the conversion process.
