- 1). Press the Windows key on your keyboard and hold it as you tap the "R" key. The Run menu appears.
- 2). Type "gpedit.msc" into the Run menu's Open field. Press "Enter" to launch the Group Policy Editor.
- 3). Expand "User Configuration," then "Administrative Templates" on the left portion of the Group Policy Editor screen.
- 4). Click "Start Menu and Taskbar" on the left to select it.
- 5). Right-click "Remove All Programs list from the Start Menu" and click "Properties."
- 6). Select the "Enable" option.
- 7). Click "OK."
