- 1). Troubleshoot a problem with the login page not loading by checking your Internet connection on another device. Make sure the connection works, and if it does not, reset the entire connection and the computer as well. With a bad connection, the login page to Windows CE Services will not load.
- 2). Fix a forgotten password, which will prohibit you from logging in, by clicking the "Forgot Password" link on the bottom of your Windows CE Services login page. This link will allow you to access your particular server's forgotten password system and retrieve your password.
- 3). Change the settings on your firewall to troubleshoot a failure to log in even when using the correct username and password. Click on "Internet" and then "Firewall" and then select "Protected pages" to scroll through the pages that are currently protected from loading. If you see your Windows CE Services constant login page or program, click on the pages and remove from the list to ensure that you are able to load those pages on your computer and with your Internet connection.
