- 1). Right-click the area that displays the time on your Windows taskbar. Select "Adjust Date/Time" to bring up a dialog where you can alter the date and time settings.
- 2). Click the "Change date and time ... " button if you are using Windows Vista or Windows 7.
- 3). Click the drop-down box and click on the month that reflects the current date. Do the same with the year by editing its text box. Double-click the text that shows the month and year, and choose the correct year and month if you are using Windows Vista or Windows 7. Click on the correct day on the calendar and click the "OK" button to save the date.
