- 1). Remove the sticker from your product as soon as possible. Over time, the heat from your electronic device will cause the adhesive to "set" onto the surface. If only the top layer peels, use the razor blade to push the sticker off of the surface, taking care not to scrape the surface of your product.
- 2). Saturate a cotton ball with rubbing alcohol and press onto the adhesive patch. Let it soak into the adhesive, but be careful not to let it drip. Use the razor blade to carefully scrape the adhesive away. Apply more alcohol as needed.
- 3). Soak a cotton ball in oil and wipe over the adhesive. Let the oil sit and penetrate the adhesive. The adhesive should easily scrape off with the razor blade.
- 4). Use a hair dryer on a low heat setting to heat up the sticker. Once the adhesive is warm, it should easily wipe or scrape off of the surface.
- 5). Rub a rubber eraser vigorously over the adhesive patch until the patch is not sticky anymore. Brush the rubber remnants away and repeat if adhesive remains. Repeat one of the earlier methods if necessary.
