- 1). Wet your gutters by spraying them with a garden hose. Make sure all of the faded parts of the gutters receive a spray of the water.
- 2). Mix the gutter cleaning concentrate with water in the canister of a chemical sprayer. For every ounce of concentrate you use, add in two ounces of water to dilute it.
- 3). Screw the canister onto the applicator of the sprayer and apply the cleaning solution to the wet gutters. You should wear goggles while doing this to keep the cleaner out of your eyes.
- 4). Rub the cleaner into the gutters using a telescopic handled brush. Only use soft, non-abrasive brushes to clean the gutters.
- 5). Wash the gutters to remove any remaining dirt and the cleaning solution still left on it. Let the gutters air dry.
