- 1). Turn the dryer to the "off" position and open the door.
- 2). Pull up on the lint filter and remove it completely from the dryer.
- 3). Remove the lint by rubbing your fingers in an up and down motion over the lint screen.
- 4). Re-insert the filter into the slot and close the door.
