- 1). Go into the Underground -- the lower section of Goldenrod where you obtained the Team Rocket uniform.
- 2). Walk all the way to the right until you see a Kimono Sister. Speak to her and she will leave.
- 3). Continue moving right until you come to a pair of locked shutters.
- 4). Unlock the shutters with the Basement key. You may now access the Underground Basement.
