- 1). Be sure to thoroughly cool your non-stick Calphalon cookware before cleaning it. Avoid trying to cool the pan quickly by adding cold water to a hot pan, as this will warp your cookware.
- 2). Wash your non-stick cookware with hot water and dish detergent, scrubbing the pan with a soft dish cloth to remove residual food and oils.
- 3). Scrub your cookware with a Dobie pad and either Bon Ami cleanser or Soft Scrub with bleach after frying or sautéing . Do not use other cleansers on your non-stick surfaces such as dishwasher detergent, baking soda, oven cleaners or other household cleaners not recommended by Calphalon.
- 4). Determine if there is any remaining grease or food deposits left on the pan. Improperly cleaning your non-stick cookware can cause foods to stick the next time you use your pan. Clean a second time if you notice any grease or remaining residue.
- 5). Store your cookware after drying it thoroughly with a soft cloth or dishtowel.
