- 1). Blow up the balloon and tie it tightly.
- 2). Cut the chicken wire with the wire nippers to a size that will fit around the entire balloon.
- 3). Wrap the wire around the balloon gently, pushing the wire into the sphere shape and hooking the wire ends to the wire to secure the shape.
- 4). Wrap the mini-lights around the chicken wire, covering the sphere evenly.
- 5). Plug the extension cord into the mini-lights. Attach the cup hook to the ceiling. Hook the extension cord over the cup hook. Deflate the balloon by poking it with the straight pin.
