- 1). Place the glasses face down on your dishwasher racks. Keep all of the glasses spaced at least 4 inches apart each, spreading them out throughout the dishwasher. This step is important, as the crystal can easily break if it tips over or hits another crystal glass during the wash.
- 2). Pour your normal dishwasher detergent into the dishwasher and turn on the machine using a mild wash cycle.
- 3). Remove the glasses one by one after the wash cycle completes.
- 4). Dry each glass with a dish towel. This prevents water spots from drying onto the crystal.
