- 1). Verify that the jets are opened. Turn all jets clockwise to increase the flow.
- 2). Change the filter if it is dirty. Water will not flow through clogged jets. Turn the spa off and then pull the front panel of the filter upwards.
- 3). Slide the tray out and remove the filter from the tray.
- 4). Clean the reusable filter with "Spray & Rinsed" or similar product based on your owner's manual recommendations.
- 5). Place the reusable filter back into tray and then slide the tray back into place. Turn on your spa and if it does not work properly, go to the next step.
- 6). Check the water level if the pump is taking in air. Add water to the spa but be careful to not cover any more or less than 1/2 of the weir gate opening. If your spa does not work properly, contact Apollo Spas for further support.
