- 1). Insert the printer's installation CD into the computer. Wait for the "GCC Menu" application to show on the screen. Press "Enter" after reading the Introduction screen.
- 2). Click "Agree" on the Software License Agreement screen.
- 3). Click "Register." Wait for GCC's online registration page to open in your Internet browser, such as Firefox or Internet Explorer. Fill in the requested information and then close the browser window to move on to the next steps on the main menu.
- 4). Click "Printer Software" on the main menu. You will see options to install the printer's program components, such as the following: TCP/IP Printer Port software, PostScript drivers, Adobe Type Manager and Fonts.
- 5). Click "Next" to advance through installation of each program component while making your preferred selections.
- 6). Click "Exit" once you have returned to the main menu. Restart the PC.
