- 1). Apply a liberal amount of the toothpaste to the cotton swab. Cover one end of the swab with it.
- 2). Rub the toothpaste-laden cotton swab over any scratches on the DVD. Be sure to rub as gently as possible.
- 3). Continue rubbing the swab until you can no longer see any scratches on the DVD, then rinse the DVD in water.
