- 1). Select a shower curtain that's long enough to completely cover the washer and dryer. Use a color or pattern that coordinates with the rest of the room.
- 2). Insert shower curtain hooks through the holes in the top of the curtain.
- 3). Attach the hooks to a tension rod.
- 4). Place one end of the rod on a wall that's adjacent to the washer and dryer.
- 5). Extend the tension rod so it reaches the wall on the other side of the washer and dryer.
- 6). Slide the rod back and forth gradually until you find the right tension to keep the rod suspended between the two walls.
