- 1). Connect the USB cable to the USB connection on your BlackBerry.
- 2). Connect the USB cable to your computer's USB port.
- 3). Click on the "Enable Mass Storage" option on your computer when the computer recognizes your BlackBerry. This will be a small window that appears on your computer with the "Enable Mass Storage" prompt on it.
- 4). Locate your spreadsheet on your computer and press the "Ctrl" and the "C" keys together to copy it.
- 5). Click on the "Start" button and then click the "Computer" icon from the menu.
- 6). Click on your "BlackBerry" icon in the menu with your computer's mouse. Click on the "Documents" folder in the next window.
- 7). Press "Ctrl" and "V" on your computer's keyboard to paste your spreadsheet into the "Documents" window.
- 8). Wait for the spreadsheet to transfer onto the Blackberry.
