- 1). Press down on the battery cover and slide the cover off the Motorola KRZR.
- 2). Flip the battery out of the cellphone.
- 3). Slide the SIM card out of the SIM card tray. You can now swap the SIM card or examine it for troubleshooting purposes. If you need to reinsert or install a new SIM card, slide it into the tray with the copper contacts facing downwards, towards the phone's front.
