- 1). Determine where the amplifier has been installed in your vehicle. Most of the time, you will find the amplifier mounted in the trunk, on the back of a seat or underneath one.
- 2). Look on the back of the amplifier itself. You will see an assortment of wires connected to its various ports and jacks.
- 3). Locate the blue, or blue and white, wire that is connected to the "REM" connector. This wire is the one used for remote powering your car amplifier.
