1) Show gratitude towards people and live in a state of gratitude.

3) Spend one hour of your time for some for physical activities like swimming, working out, etc.
Please know that you cannot be in peace with yourself without being physically active.
4) Spend time doing something non productive like reading, listening to music, watching moves and find various other ways.
5) Start something creative so that it will keep me occupied.
Keep yourself in activities which you are interested in so that you do not want to get stressed at any point of time.
6) Learn to forgive and forget and let go of things quickly.
It is not good to resent and hold grudges.
