- 1). Log in to the computer as "Administrator."
- 2). Click "Start," then "Control Panel," then "Programs," then "Programs and Features."
- 3). Locate the Linksys Manager in the list of installed programs and utilities. Click on it once to select it, then click "Uninstall." Follow the prompts; when the uninstaller completes, the Linksys Manager will no longer be present on the system.
- 4). Enable the operating system's built-in utilities for wireless network management by clicking "Start" and typing "run" into the search box. Click the "Run" link and type "services.msc," then press "Enter."
- 5). Right-click on "Wireless Zero Configuration" and select "Start." Now you can join and manage wireless networks without using the Linksys Manager.
