This past month I just happen to notice the 800, PLR, "Get Your Ex Back" e-books that popped up all over the internet. Each book sounds like the next and perpetuates a cycle of dead-end, horrible relationships. If a relationship is over - it's over. Convincing people to get back into bad relationships could force hundreds into miserable, life situations and result in more heartache.
"Get Your Ex Back" proudly proclaims that by reading the material you will, in fact, get your ex back. What these books fail to address are the reasons why these relationships ended in the first place (or reasons) and a person's motivation for wanting to get their ex back.
Let's consider two possible scenarios -
Scenario A - Jill dumps Jack. Jack was a repeat cheater, lier and manipulator and has also exhibited violent tendencies in the past. Jack downloads, "Get Your Ex Back" and learns more ways to manipulate Jill into a poor, relationship with him.
Scenario B - Jack dumps Jill. Jack was never exposed to healthy relationships growing up and doesn't know how to love someone else. He shut Jill off and pushed her away from the second they met, which made Jill question her worth. Jill downloads, "Get Your Ex Back" and gets Jack to give her a second chance which really just gives Jack more of the perceptual, upper hand and leads to a short and horrible relationship.
There are other, guides available that may not share the same, genius title, but offer better information on entering into healthy relationships and keeping your sense of self. These guides also follow the root premise of rolling with the tides and allowing what has happened to remain in the past.
