- 1). Log in to the Windows operating system with an administrator user account.
- 2). Click "Start," type "System Restore" into the search field and press "Enter" to launch the System Restore utility.
- 3). Click "Next" in the System Restore window to display the restore points for your computer.
- 4). Select a restore point that was created before you began experiencing problems with the software but after it was installed to your computer. Click "Next."
- 5). Click "Finish" in the confirmation window to begin the restore process. The utility will repair the estimating software and restart your computer into the condition described by the restore point.
