- 1). Log in with an administrator user account.
- 2). Click "Start" and select the "Control Panel" option. Click "System And Maintenance" and choose "Device Manager."
- 3). Right-click the "Xerox WIA Driver" in the Device Manager list and click the "Uninstall" option.
- 4). Restart your computer to save the changes to your operating system and settings.
