- 1). Decide which files you would like burned to the DVD-RW. To make things easier, put all of the files into one folder in "Documents" so that you can easily access them later.
- 2). Insert a blank DVD-RW (rewritable DVD) disc into your computer's DVD burner drive.
- 3). Click on the Start Menu located in the bottom left corner.
- 4). Open your list of installed programs by clicking on "All Programs."
- 5). Click on "Burn a DVD or Data DVD," then select "Nero StartSmart" to open your Nero 7 software.
- 6). Select the "DVD" option from the pull down menu at the top of the Nero software screen.
- 7). Use your mouse to hover over the "Data" icon.
- 8). Click the "Make Data DVD" link under the "Data" icon to open the Nero Express screen.
- 9). Click on the "Add" button to open the "Select Files and Folders" window.

Browse your computer to find the folder of files that you want burned to the DVD-RW. - 11
Select all of the files and click on the "Add" button. Your files will be visible on the "Disk Content" screen of the Nero Express window. - 12
Click on the 'Finish' button when you've successfully added all of your files. - 13
Click the "Next" button on the Nero Express window to advance to the "Final Burn Settings" screen. - 14
Select "8x" as your desired burning speed, if given the option, then click on the "Burn" button. - 15
Wait for the dialogue box "Burn process completed successfully" to appear. - 16
Click the "OK" button to eject the DVD-RW from your computer's DVD burner drive.
