- 1). Plug the component video cables into the "Component Out" ports on the DVD player. Insert the opposite ends of the cables into the "Component In" ports on the analog television.
- 2). Attach the RCA audio cables into the "Audio Out" ports on the DVD player, then connect the free ends into the "Audio In" ports on the television.
- 3). Power on your analog television and DVD player, then select "Component Video" as the display input option. Insert the mailed DVD into the DVD player and the Netflix disc will begin to play.
- 1). Connect an Ethernet cable into one of the "Out" ports on your high-speed Internet modem. Insert the opposite end of the cable into the "WAN" port on your Netflix streaming device. All next-generation video game devices stream Netflix (PS3, Xbox 360, Wii) and some televisions and DVD players are Netflix ready.
- 2). Connect the Netflix ready device to your analog television. Connect the component video cables into the "Component Out" ports on the Netflix ready device, then attach the free ends into the "Component In" ports on the television. Plug the RCA audio cables into the "Audio Out" ports on the Netflix device, then insert the opposite ends of the cables into the "Audio In" ports on your television.
- 3). Power on your television and the Netflix-ready device. Select "Component" as the input display and the main menu for the device will load onto the screen. Select "Nextflix" as your playback option.
- 4). Choose the "Search" feature on the screen using the directional arrow button's on the Netflix-ready device's remote control. Type in the desired title name of the video you want to watch If the video is available for streaming it will appear in the list of available videos.
- 5). Select the desired video, and it will load onto your analog television system.
