Weight Loss Success - What"s the Real Secret?

There really is a secret to weight loss success...
and just as well.
It's comforting to think that there's a hidden secret ...
something slim people know that is hidden from the rest of us; some secret elixir that we can swallow at night and wake up the next day with that movie star body.
If we didn't think there was a chance of losing that burdensome weight, some little thing we could learn that would make all the difference...
give us success this time...
then it maybe wouldn't be worth going on.
There has to be hope for life to be worthwhile.
Well there really are two secrets; and the first one is you! You are the one that will make all the difference between success and failure, because even though I will show you a really easy program to shed those pounds there will still be challenges along the way...
irresistible temptations that lure us off the straight and narrow.
There will be times early on in your program, when for a few minutes every now and then the only way forward will be that you must be strong and remain steadfast to your goal.
The second secret is to change the way you eat.
It is almost universal that people get overweight because of excessive consumption of highly refined carbohydrates - what we call High GI foods.
These foods mess with our metabolic process and eventually create a condition called Metabolic Syndrome wherein the muscles can no longer take up the glucose in the blood so it gets deposited as fat around our belly and organs.
The only way to reverse this that I know of is to go on a short program (usually 5 days) where we cut all carbohydrate from our diet.
This give our system a chance to reset and overcomes the carb craving.
Then over time we gradually re-introduce carbs in the form of complex carbs back into our diet.
Complex carbs take longer to digest and don't create the same metabolic imbalances.
With the carb craving out of the way it's much easier to get that weight off.
