A Flat Stomach in 10 Days - Is it Possible?

Is it possible to get a flat stomach and 10 days? Yes, if you have a flat stomach already! The question should not be "how can I get a flat stomach in 10 days?" The question should be, how can I get a flat stomach safely in the shortest time possible? The answer to that question is, there is much you can do to get a flatter tummy within a reasonable length of time.
In any quest to get a flat stomach in 10 days (or the shortest time possible), you must use a four pronged approach.
Yes, four pronged.
That is, a regimen utilizing proper diet, aerobics, weight training and abdominal conditioning.
Leave any one of these four elements out, and you are handicapping yourself.
It's like trying to fight a battle with both legs bound and one hand tied behind your back.
Why are all four elements necessary? Well, diet is important because your diet determines the amount of fat that you will store across the entire body, including the stomach.
But a proper diet doesn't necessarily mean low calories.
In fact, a study done at Cornell University found that a low-fat diet may be even more important than a low-calorie diet.
One thing you can do to help with your diet regimen is the drink plenty of water throughout the day.
This helps you to feel more full.
Some argue that as soon as you go to the bathroom, you lose this feeling of fullness.
This is why I advise taking small sips throughout the day.
Cutting back on alcohol consumption is also important.
There's a reason it's called a beer belly! Aerobics is important because it's an efficient way of burning calories, and even better, it raises the metabolism even after the aerobics ends, provided the aerobics are engaged in for a sufficient length of time.
Weight training is vital because, for every pound of muscle that you replace with fat, you burn dozens of extra calories a day.
This is because muscle is more metabolically active than fat, and muscle burns calories even when you sleep.
Finally, a regimen of abdominal training exercises will strengthen the abdominal muscles, creating a strong abdominal wall and a stomach that is less likely to poke outwards.
Perhaps you cannot get a flat stomach in 10 days, but you can get a flatter stomach in the shortest time possible with these tips!
