- 1). Press "*72" on your LG Lotus phone to activate unconditional call forwarding. Press "*28" on the phone to activate both no answer and busy call forwarding. Press "*73" on your LG Lotus phone to activate just no answer call forwarding. Press "*74" on your LG Lotus phone to activate only busy call forwarding.
- 2). Dial the 10-digit phone number that you want to forward your calls to.
- 3). Press the "Talk" button on your LG Lotus phone. Listen for a tone to confirm call forwarding activation.
