Windows Vista Users

• 1). Click the Windows "Start" button and click "My Computer." Double-click the "C:" drive and double-click the "Users" folder.
  
  
• 2). Double-click your username and double-click the "AppData" folder. Double-click the "Roaming" folder and double-click the "Microsoft Windows" folder.
  
  
• 3). Double-click the "Cookies" folder. You should see all the cookies that are on your hard drive. Highlight all the cookie files and press the right-click on your mouse. Click "Delete" to remove the cookie files.
  
  
• 4). Close the cookies window and empty the recycle bin to remove all the cookies from your hard drive.
  
  

Windows XP Users

• 1). Double-click "My Computer" on the desktop and click the "C:" drive.
  
  
• 2). Double-click the "Documents and Settings" folder and double-click your username folder. This folder is the administrator folder.
  
  
• 3). Double-click the "Cookies" folder. Highlight all the cookie files and press the right-click button. Click "Delete" to remove the cookie files. Close the cookies folder and empty the recycle bin to remove the cookies from your hard drive.
