- 1). Plug the power cable that runs off of the rear of your Panasonic plasma television set into a wall outlet in your home. You may also use a surge protector or power strip that is plugged into the wall, if applicable.
- 2). Make sure there are batteries in the remote control that came with your TV. Typically these batteries (either AA sized or AAA sized) will have come with the remote, but if they didn't, you can find batteries at any drug store or convenience store.
- 3). Aim your remote control directly at the front of your Panasonic plasma television set.
- 4). Press the "Power" button on the remote control. The picture on the Panasonic TV will now turn on.
