- 1). Check your computer manual or motherboard manual for the information on your video card. If you do not have this information, you can check the manufacturer's website or call to ask for the information.
- 2). Go to the Control Panel and click on "System." Look for and click on the "Device manager." Look for the video card and right click and choose "Properties." Write down any information there and go to the video card manufacturer's website for more information.
- 3). Download and run a system diagnostic program such as Belarc Advisor. Once you install this type of program it will locate all of the information on your computer's hardware and list it for you.
