- 1). Open the IIS Manager by clicking "Start" on left-hand side of the the task bar, clicking "Administrative Tools" and then clicking "IIS Manager."
- 2). Expand "Web Sites" on the left by clicking the "+" symbol.
- 3). Right-click the website whose settings you would like to modify, and click "Properties."
- 4). Click the "Contact" tab and then, next to the "Name" label, enter the name of the administrator. Next to the "Email" label, enter the email address of the administrator.
- 5). Click "OK" to save your changes.
