- 1). Initiate the first call. Dial the telephone number of the first individual. Enter the telephone number, including the area code, on your phone's keypad. Press the "Talk" or call icon to begin dialing. Once the person answers the call, inform him you will be putting him on hold.
- 2). Open in-call options. Press your phone's menu button to open your in-call options menu. Select "Add call" or a similar feature.
- 3). Initiate the second call. Dial the telephone number of the second individual. You may also search your contact list and select a phone number. This will start a new call and place the first call on hold.
- 4). Merge the two calls. When the second participant answers, press the "Talk" or call icon to connect the parties. When you complete your conversation, end all calls by pressing the "End" key. For additional information, review your device's manual.
