How to Build Bigger Muscles

Building bigger muscles is the goal for millions of people everyday.
With that said, it is shocking how many of these people don't know how to accomplish this goal.
They simply think that if they go to the gym and lift a few weights, that will do the trick.
The biggest and most common mistake people make is not following a workout routine that will help them build muscle.
Finding a quality workout program is the biggest factor that will determine whether you gain weight and build muscle mass or stay the same weight and strength.
The first thing you need to determine is your own body type.
Hardgainers need to be most aware of this.
If you have difficulty gaining weight and building muscle there is a good chance you fit into this category.
Hardgainers struggle to build muscle because their muscles recover slower from workouts than everyone else's do.
This means they need a workout that allows for adequate rest time and healing time.
When they workout with tried muscles, they are only hurting themselves.
The muscles are actually weakening and the body is more susceptible to injury and illness.
Hardgainers need a routine that will afford them enough rest time.
A workout schedule that includes only 3 to 4 hours in the gym each week is ideal.
Each session should not last longer than 1 hour.
This may not seem like enough time in the gym but hardgainers need to remember that their bodies are much different that other peoples.
Working out for hours and hours each day is only hurting your body in the short run and in the long run.
