You just don't do it.

Start with walking.
Not running, not jogging.
Start small and build up.
When you feel strong enough, do it more intensively and in a shorter time frame.

It bloats you.
You get enough salt in your everyday diet.

Don't skip breakfast.

This gets your day off to an energetic start and allowsyou to avoid the lethargy you feel until you eat at noon.
These are basic tips that a true belly fat reducer will take to heart.
They are, however, not enough.
The number one belly fat reducer which you must employ is your mind.
We all start out with great intentions and in most cases manage to keep up our new regime for a minimum of time.
Eventually we fall back into the rut and everything we have gained is lost Whatever weight loss regime you undertake, make sure that you are given support.
It is almost impossible to do it yourself.
